Cloudflare reported the incident as fully resolved at 19:28 UTC on 18/11/2025.
We have monitored the Zoovu Platform and all Zoovu solutions since the resolution and can confirm that the previously observed issues have not reoccurred.
All services are operating normally.
Cloudflare has announced the incident as mostly resolved, though some intermittent issues may still occur.
Zoovu Platform, along with all Zoovu solutions, has largely returned to normal operation. Traffic levels are back to pre-incident values.
Our engineering and support teams are actively monitoring and validating the system’s stability.
We are currently experiencing infrastructural issues related to the ongoing Cloudflare availability incident.
The Zoovu Platform, as well as certain integrated Zoovu solutions might be temporarily unavailable.
