Planned maintenance notification

We will be performing scheduled maintenance on the load balancing components of our Data Platform and Search Studio environments on October 28, 2025, and November 4, 2025.
The work will begin at 05:00 AM UTC and is expected to take approximately one hour.

No service disruption is expected during this window.
However, for a short period while we update our backup environment, system redundancy will be temporarily reduced.

Our team will closely monitor all production systems throughout the process to ensure continued stability and availability.
