SFTP server migration on 29 October 2026 – IP address change for files.zoovu.com
Updates
We are moving files.zoovu.com to a new datacenter on Thursday, 29 October 2026, between 05:00 and 07:00 UTC (06:00–08:00 CET / 01:00–03:00 EDT). This is an infrastructure change on the server side. Within this window, the service will be unavailable for up to 15 minutes.
What changes:
The server’s IP address. The new address is 170.39.153.93.
What stays the same:
Hostname (files.zoovu.com), port, usernames, passwords and SSH keys. No changes to your SFTP client configuration are needed.
What you may need to do:
If you connect by hostname and don’t restrict outbound traffic by IP, no action is needed.
If your firewall or network rules reference our current server IP address, please update them before the migration, otherwise your connection will stop working afterwards. Where possible, we recommend referencing the hostname files.zoovu.com instead of a fixed IP address, so future infrastructure changes won’t affect you. If your rules require an IP address, you can add 170.39.153.93 now, alongside the current one, to avoid any interruption.
We recommend checking your connection after the migration window. If you have any questions, please contact us at help.desk.zoovu.io.
